Susan Anderson and William E. Morey tied for the training title at Turfway Park in the 2021 December meet, one which has only gotten tougher over the years with the infusion of funds from Churchill Downs Inc.

Anderson saddled five winners during the intensely competitive month of racing (a 29% strike rate) and concluded that season with 34 wins and $541,445 in earnings.
